RF Technician

 

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Provide engineering development and field test support. Collect spectrum usage data. Run bench and field tests on radio units to assess range, functionality and connectivity. Collect and analyze data to characterize RF link performance.

Experience Requirements

  • » Minimum two years RF test and measurement experience
  • » Electronic assembly, cable assembly, bread boarding
  • » Participate in both internal and external technical reviews
  • » Automated testing experience
  • » Ability to execute field measurements
  • » Programming experience
  • » Experience with using and taking measurements with spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and network analyzers is a plus

Education and Other Qualifications

  • » Associate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
