Thomas Stroup

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Stroup is a wireless communications industry executive with over 20 years experience. Mr. Stroup has held a variety of leadership positions in, including co-Founder and CEO of CSM Wireless LLC, which holds mobile phone licenses in six markets. He also has served on the board of several technology organizations, including the Virginia Center for Innovative Technology.

Previously, Mr. Stroup served as the President and CEO of P-Com Network Services Inc., where he grew the company to over $45 million in revenues and over 400 employees within three years. Before P-Com Network Services, Mr. Stroup was founder, President, and CEO of Columbia Spectrum Management, a premier wireless telecommunications consulting and negotiating firm that he grew to over $21 million in revenues in under three years.

Mr. Stroup holds a BS, summa cum laude, in Public Administration from the University of North Dakota. He is also a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center where he served as Editor of the Georgetown Law Journal.
